Build Something That Didn't Exist Before
PartnerVista is the first company designed from the ground up to run end-to-end partner marketing programs for the world's largest technology companies. We're small, we're growing, and we're looking for people who want to own something.
Why PartnerVista
Own the Function
You won't be CSM #47. You'll build the customer success practice from the ground up: the processes, the playbooks, the client relationships. This is employee #1 in the function.
Enterprise Clients, Startup Energy
Our clients include ServiceNow, Google Cloud, Atlassian, and Palo Alto Networks. The work is enterprise-grade. The team is small enough that your fingerprints are on everything.
Remote-First, Colorado-Based
Headquartered in Golden, Colorado with team members in Florida. Work from wherever you're most productive. We get together in person when it matters.
Grow With the Company
We're bootstrapped and profitable. As PartnerVista grows, the people who built the foundation will lead what comes next.
How We Work
The PartnerVista Way
Seven principles that define how we win, how we work, and what we expect from each other. We hire on these, we coach on these, and we celebrate on these.
Open Roles
We hire for ownership, not headcount.
Customer Success Manager
This is PartnerVista's first dedicated Customer Success hire. We are looking for someone to own client relationships, run program execution, and manage day-to-day delivery of partner marketing programs for enterprise technology companies. The role is equal parts client strategy and operational execution. You will be the go-to person who makes sure programs launch on time, suppliers deliver, clients stay informed, and results get reported. If you've done the Customer Success Manager job before and you're looking for a chance to build the function at a growing company, this may be the perfect role for you.
PartnerVista is the partner marketing engine for enterprise technology companies. We design, execute, and optimize partner marketing programs end-to-end, from content and demand generation through lead nurture, qualification, and sales enablement. Our clients include some of the largest names in enterprise tech, and we work alongside their partner marketing teams as an embedded extension of their organization. We are a bootstrapped, profitable, and growing company headquartered in Golden, Colorado.
We are open to candidates in all U.S. locations. Candidates in Colorado and Florida are preferred.
- Client relationships across enterprise accounts including ServiceNow, Google Cloud, Atlassian, Palo Alto Networks, and others
- Kick-off calls for every new program. You'll set expectations, align timelines, introduce the team, and establish the operating rhythm from day one
- Program execution and project management across content, media, lead gen, and nurture workstreams. You'll coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to keep programs on schedule
- Supplier coordination. You'll manage deliverables, timelines, and quality with our content, media, and technology partners
- Quarterly business reviews. You'll build the narrative, prepare performance data, and run the meeting
- Renewal strategy and execution. You own net retention as a number, not just a relationship
- Expansion opportunities. You'll spot openings for new programs, partners, and regions within existing accounts
- Client health monitoring. Proactive outreach, issue resolution, and escalation before things break
- Building the Customer Success playbook. Documenting what works so our Customer Success team can scale seamlessly as the company grows
- 3 to 5+ years in customer success, account management, client services, or program management related roles at a B2B company
- Experience managing enterprise accounts ($50K+ ACV). You've run QBRs, kick-off calls, and renewal conversations
- Strong project management instincts. You track deliverables, manage timelines across multiple workstreams, and nothing falls through the cracks
- Comfortable working directly with VP and Director-level stakeholders at large technology companies
- Experience coordinating with external vendors or suppliers. You know how to hold partners accountable without burning relationships
- Strong written communication. You'll write executive summaries, program reports, and client-facing decks
- Ability to operate in a highly self-directed manner. This is a startup with a small team, not a company with a CS playbook you'll inherit, which we hope is exciting as you'll get to build it from the ground up
- Comfortable with AI-powered tools and automation. We build and use proprietary AI technology, and we expect everyone on the team to leverage AI to move faster
- You've worked at a marketing agency, demand gen firm, or professional services company
- You understand MDF, co-sell programs, or hyperscaler partner ecosystems
- You've built CS or program ops processes from scratch at a small company before
- Familiarity with partner marketing, channel marketing, or the technology partner ecosystem
- You're in Colorado or Florida. Not required, but we've got team members in these locations and would love to have some face time
- You already use AI tools in your daily workflow for writing, research, analysis, or automation, and you're always looking for ways to work smarter
Compensation: Annualized base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000, plus a semi-annual performance bonus tied to client retention and expansion. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors like relevant experience, skillset, geography, education, business needs, and market demands.
Benefits: Health coverage, flexible PTO, remote-first work environment, competitive benefits package, and the kind of ownership that only comes with being early.
